I noticed the Coop can now send FP. Does anyone know what the daily or per transaction limits are?

Faster Payments, in theory, can be sent up to 10K. However, a lot of the participating banks have not implemented the full capability yet (HBOS, A&L, TSB).Dagobert0

Sending faster payments: Please note that only low value transactions can be processed at present.
At the moment, I think the limit is between £85 and £100. £85 is the highest I've got that is taken of my balance immediately, £100 seems to sit in the future payments list and not go out immediately so I think it is above the limit.0 -
I was told you need to make FP over the telephone, so is it now the case that you can do it on-line and as long as you are below the limit it goes out right away?0

I've been sending money online and it has been showing up in the receiving account within a couple of hours. So I'd say its working.

Does a received Faster Payment increase the available balance immediately?
I am asking because the online customer interface does not update during the day, so one has no way of checking when the FP has been received.
Has anyone tried spending the received amount by debit card on the day of receipt?Dagobert0
