  Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Competition open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over with a valid passport, excluding employees of Haymarket Media Group (HMG) and Cadogan Holidays or their families, representatives and agents.
  2. The competition closes 13 December 2007.
  3. The winner will be chosen at random after the closing date from all entries received from entrants who have subsequently confirmed their subscription to eveWeekend.
  4. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted by email within 14 days we reserve the right to draw a substitute winner and the original winner will forfeit the prize.
  5. Only one entry per person. Multiple or repeat entries will be rejected. No purchase necessary.
  6. Prize: 4 nights accommodation in a twin or double room at the Londa, Cyprus, breakfast each day, a speciality massage treatment per person in the Londa Spa, dinner for two at the Caprice restaurant, return flights and transfers in Cyprus. There is no cash alternative and the prize is subject to availability. The prize may not be taken during school holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter. The prize must be taken by 15 December 2008. The prize does not include transfers to or from your departure airport, spending money or insurance.
  7. HMG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Winner before the prize is awarded. Entrants providing incorrect, inaccurate or fraudulent information will be disqualified and any prize awarded may be forfeited.
  8. HMG is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind and accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
  9. HMG is not liable in the event of unavailability of any part of the prize. Furthermore HMG is not liable to the winner for any cancellation, delay, loss, damage, distress or inconvenience arising from goods or services provided to the recipients of the prizes. HMG reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No cash alternative is available.

  Do you have to sign up for their newsletter(tick the box) as it keeps saying fill in the boxes or something like that to me.
