  I don't think that you do have to be a customer of Eon, as one of the questions that it asks is whether or not you are an existing customer.

  There are two competitions Spot the Save is open to non EON customers while the A Question of Saves comp is only open to EON customers as the T&C's state

  These prizes are only available to customers and all applicants will be verified as customers by account name and address prior to the prize draw taking place
