Maybe you should note that the offer is for AVG Internet Security(Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Anti-Spam, Web Protection & Firewall), not the free Anti Virus product.

AVG 8 includes av, anti spyware, linkscanners, anti-rootkit, im protection etc. AVG free only includes av.
