Due to spamming, the competition has been closed early, all valid entries will still count and the winner will be announced at the end of July.

Due to spamming, thanks for the link anyway ‘moneysaving expert’ I have had to close the competition early, I don’t mind genuine entries and I am glad so many want to win these lovely earrings, but since the answers are plastered on the site I am not happy with continuing with this competition.
This was not designed for a freebie in it’s own right but as a way of introducing what I take time to make myself. I will look into making it a members only site so that if you are genuinely interested, I would be delighted to add you to the list of competitors.
Sorry, but someone has spoilt the fun intended.

oh dear we are in the bad books !!!

Honestly, how many people would find that website (even though it has nice things, it seems kind of unprofessional) without the post here? Every day entering competitions on here I find new websites that I will use in the future too, but a reaction like that puts me off.

I agree with Kysira, I would never have found that website through my "ordinary" surfing and yet having had a look at the stuff for sale it is the kind of place I would have added to bookmarks & re visited for birthday/christmas presents.

I would imagine the comp was set up to drive interest in the website (and I didn't think there was such a thing as too much interest)

    Shame.
Thanks to all who post comps :A :T

Surely a link would generate more business. The competition still stands no matter how many people enter it, they still have the same amount of prizes to give away etc.

    Hiya

I know I always think it is a good advert for websites to be on MSE. When I ran my own brides2b website I used to hope that people would post my comps here to get my hit rates up. Ha Ha.

Its sad as recently I have added a few websites from the comps page to my faves - as I have found a site I would never normally know exists.

Its lovely jewellery too. Oh well x

    Hiya

I feel really bad. I have just emailed the person who runs the site. If she wants me too I will have this post deleted. Aww I am a hormonal woman at the mo and don't want to be causing trouble. Makes me upset! - and I can't watch the RSPCA adverts. I'm in pieces after watching the poor doggies with no homes....

Alison, don't be upset. You didn't mean anyone any harm & if the website owner doesn't like free publicity that's her problem not yours.

I would have thought she should be sending you a big thank you.
Thanks to all who post comps :A :T
