1. As the event is planned for the evening of 19 September, the winner must be able to take the prize on 3 dates between 18th and 21st September. You will be advised of the exact travel dates you have been allocated at least one month before the time of departure. If the winner cannot make their allocated dates then the prize will be forfeit and passed to the next legitimate winner chosen by the promoter.
2. The prize is for a family of four (two adults and two children aged 3 to 11) travelling standard class on return Eurostar direct to Disneyland Resort Paris from London St Pancras International or Ashford International.
3. Transfers to the point of departure (either London St Pancras or Ashford International) are not included. If you choose alternative transport to Disneyland Paris, this will be at your own expense. If you travel to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, we will provide free return coach transfers to the Resort. You will need to notify us at the point of accepting the prize.

5. Accommodation is for two nights in a standard room at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge, including continental breakfast.
6. Park hopper adult & child tickets to both Disney Parks for the duration of your stay (subject to capacity).
7. The event on 19 September consists of a private party in Walt Disney Studios Park, several attractions open exclusively for the party and meet and greet with Mickey and friends.
8. During the stay, you will receive VIP access to the new attraction Playhouse Disney – Live on Stage on one day of your visit.
9. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed above (e.g. telephone charges, room service, food and beverage, etc) are at the guests own expense.
10. Travel insurance is not included.
11. Winners are responsible for their own passport and visa requirements.
12. The prize winner if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the holiday.
13. The winner will receive hotel vouchers and park tickets in advance of confirming their accommodation. If these hotel vouchers or park tickets are lost then they cannot be replaced.
14. There is no cash or prize alternative.
15. By entering this competition you agree in the event that you win a holiday prize, you give permission to the promoter to make your contact details available to representatives of Euro Disney Associes SCA for purposes of fulfilling the prize experience. Your details will not be used for any other purpose unless previously indicated.
16. The competition is open to all UK residents, except for employees of Tesco and The Walt Disney Company Ltd, their immediate families, their agents and anyone else directly connected with the competition.
17. No purchase necessary. Entries must be submitted online or by post. Unintelligible or late entries cannot be accepted.
18. Entries must be received by 06/07/2009.
19. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
20. The winner will be drawn and contacted via email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will be the first entry drawn.
21. A list of winners and the winning entries will be available after that date by sending a SAE to the competition address.
22. There is no cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability.
23. Tesco reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
24. Winners must agree to their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes.
