This promotion is open to UK and Irish residents. Employees and their families of Walt Disney or Cheapflights Ltd, its agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are excluded from entering the promotion. The promoter (Cheapflights Ltd) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
To enter, simply fill in your details for a chance to be one of ten winners chosen at random.
The promoter’s decision is final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
Only one entry per household is permitted.
No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted.
In order to participate, entrants must enter a valid email address. Entry to the free prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and is legally binding.
The closing date for entries is December 5, 2008. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
The final draw will take place on December 8, 2008. The winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw, by email. The prize winner is required to accept his/her prize by email within TEN days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter's discretion.

The prizes are subject to availability.
No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of the promoter’s control it reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
Cheapflights Ltd shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on any Cheapflights Ltd website.In the event of a dispute, the decision of Cheapflights Ltd shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winners will be awarded on a fair and random basis and the prize has been made available for distribution.
