ive deleted some files by mistake and there not in the recycle bin is there anyway of retreiving them any help would be appreciated

there are loads of progs available for this purpose but act quickly before the hard drive writes over your deleted files

You could try the freeware program, Recuva from www.recuva.com

Its a brilliant little app with a small footprint, from the CCleaner programmers. In the mean time try to minimise the use of your computer otherwise it may lower the chances of recovering some of your deleted files.
