I cannot be alone in my experience with this company. They have taken my money failed to provide the goods and now have failed to refund me. They have ignored my emails so take a look at this short film.

Having the same issue. They have a very funny message on the answer phone that says they can't answer calls due to illness in the company. I ordered my products a week before mothers day and have not received the items. I've also asked for a refund but not received any from the firm. I've contacted trading standards and now need to send the formal letter requesting my refund. The website looks great but they're basically don't have any products.

Glad it was only an £11 order but I'm still pretty peeved that it hasn't arrived afetr 2 weeks and my emails go unanswered, just like their phone :mad:

85 reviews from people saying they've been ripped off going back to last Jan.

What makes me cross is that Dorset trading standards have even posted saying they are working with decuisine, working with? they've taken at least 85 people's money and not sent goods or refunded, why haven't they closed them down? :mad:
