Use by Date - Aduki Beans + Brown Lentils

Hi

I have some Aduki beans with use by date Apr 07 and brown lentils use by date May 07 :confused:

Can I still use them - they look OK ?

    I use stuff a lot older than that:rotfl:

    as long as it's been kept somewhere dry and there's no wee bugs in it, then it should be fine.
