Hi, i have been reading the forums about crown and still cannot deciede wether to go with them.
1. Has anyone used them recently?
2. How safe are they and does the customer have any protection?

Used them about a month ago, very pleasant people to deal with and a rate far above that of anywhere else I looked. seemed very trustworthy.I asked for a monday morning delivery and it came on saturday before,obviously to make sure I got it for monday,cant recommend enough, i' ll be using again later this yr,no doubt!0

i used them this year for dollars. you can buy in advance and therefore get a better rate.
made a mistake with the booking, one phone call later, all resolved. money arrived promptly, exactly as agreed.

I used them a couple of years ago and all went well.
The customer, as far as I am aware, is not protected. TBH I wouldn't use it now as I'd hate to lose my money and would rather just pay the 1% that Nationwide will be charging on the credit card and I might use a FairFX card for my next trip as you can load it with dollars/euros from home.0 -

Have used them for the past 4 years to buy my summer holiday Euros. Not a single glitch, a good rate of exchange, a good mix of currency notes and delivered on the day they promise. :T :T :TIf youcan lie down at night knowing in your heart that you just made someone’s day just a little bit better,you know you had a good day!!0
