TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59GMT on 23rd October 2009 .

2. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.

3. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.

4. One winner will receive a PS3, Saw the video game, a 32 inch Samsung flat screen TV and a pair of VIP Thorpe park tickets (tickets must be taken in 2009). The decision of the judges is final. There is not cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

5. The winners details (name and town of residence) will be made available on request to those sending an e-mail to [EMAIL="rsvp@lionsgatefilms.co.uk"]rsvp@lionsgatefilms.co.uk[/EMAIL] within ten weeks after the closing date.

6.
