Competition closes Friday 9th May. The draw will take place and winners will be notified by email by Friday 16th May and delivery of the prize will take up to 28 days.
The twelve winners will be the first twelve correct entries drawn at random from all the entries received by the closing date. The first winner drawn will win the laptop, the second winner drawn will win the camcorder and the ten runners up drawn will all win goodie bags. No cash alternative.
Entry is open to all UK residents, except to employees of Kesa PLC or Toshiba, their families or their agents. Only entries made online using the competition entry form will be accepted. No postal entries will be accepted. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries, which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged.
Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified. Entry into the draw is deemed acceptance to be bound by these rules. In the event of a dispute the promoter's decision is final and binding.
