Colgate Max White – Nueu Promotion Terms and Conditions

Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
Entry is open only to residents in the United Kingdom over the age of 16. This promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries and any of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion, including their immediate families.
The Promotion begins from 24th May 2008 and closes at 11.59pm 5th September 2008 (“Promotion Period”). All entries after this date will be deemed invalid.
To enter, simply provide your name and email address in one of the following ways:

  - see a member of the promotional staff at the Colgate Max White Zone when based at the following university campuses:

The Promotional staff will email you with the terms and conditions (“the Promotion”).

Only one entry per person throughout the Promotion Period will be accepted as a valid entry into this Promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter into this Promotion.
There are 1000 pairs of Nueu sunglasses to be won in total during the Promotion Period.
Prize winners with be the first 200 names drawn at random and supervised by an independent adjudicator which will take place in 5 prize draws every 3 weeks from the start of the Promotion Period. The dates of the prize draws are as follows:

Draw 1: 14th June 2008 (covering period 24/5/08 – 13/06/08).
Draw 2: 5th July 2008 (covering period 14/06/08 – 04/07/08).
Draw 3: 26th July 2008 (covering period 05/07/08 – 25/07/08).
Draw 4: 16th August 2008 (covering period 26/07/08 – 15/08/08).
Draw 5: 6th September 2008 (covering period 16/08/08 – 05/08/08).

Entrants details will be deleted from the database at the end of each 3 week period. Each 3 week period will only contain entries in accordance of the dates entrants have entered this Promotion.

1. Winners will be emailed a promotional code and directed to www.sunglasses-shop.co.uk. The promotional code will entitle them to 1 pair of sunglasses from the complete Nueu range to the value of £25 per pair. Winners’ sunglasses will be dispatched to winners’ addresses. All UK orders are sent via 1st class Royal Mail recorded or special delivery (to be provided by the winner at the time of choosing sunglasses) and require a signature. A majority of orders are delivered within 1 working day but allow up to two weeks for delivery. If there is no-one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection. Orders are only classified as missing in the post 15 days after posting. If 15 days or more have passed and your order has not been received, please contact www.sunglasses-shop.co.uk direct.
2. Prize description is correct at time of print. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The winners will be notified by email within 3 working days days after each draw.
5. The winners' details (name and county only) will be made available for 4 weeks after 5/9/08 by sending a SAE to Colgate Max White Nueu Sunglasses Promotion, Billington Cartmell, The Blue Building, 40 Vanston Place, London SW6 1AX.
6. The winners may be required to participate in relevant publicity concerning this Promotion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
8. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which, due to a technical error or any other reason are not received or are delayed.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal value, or to alter details if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control, or should any advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason.
10. By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold the Promoter, its subsidiaries and any of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
11. Except where prohibited, participation of the winner constitutes consent to the Promoter and its associated agents’ to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
12. The Promoter does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Any data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing information about our products and services. From time to time we may contact you via email to tell you about special offers and give you information on other products or services which we believe may be of interest to you.
13. This promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
