i would like some receipes for puds and pies and cake for christmas. i have my nanas receipe but some of the amounts are missing and she is not here to ask.

Delia Smith's website (www.deliaonline.com) has a couple of lovely recipes for homemade mincemeat - use the recipe search facility to locate them. They're very good for using up leftover dried fruits after making Christmas cake/Christmas pudding.0
