• The competition is open to everyone over the age of 16. excluding employees and family of The Restaurant Group PLC.
• The Restaurant Group PLC accepts no responsibility for lost prizes, incomplete entries.
• Chiquito reserves the right to withdraw the prize if fraudulent winning entries are suspected.
• Wins will be ongoing, prizes are generated at random. 1 in every 15 entries will win a free fajita (see prize terms and conditions). 1 in every 8,000 entries will win a VIP party for 10 friends (see prize terms and conditions). All other entries will win a £5 off voucher (See prize terms and conditions).
• Maximum of 10 entries per person.
• No substitutes available, no cash alternatives, all items subject to availability.
• Winners will be notified immediately onscreen of the prize they have won, with a confirmation email being issued within 24hours. Winners of the £5 off vouchers and free fajitas will receive on screen / email vouchers to print out. Winners of the VIP Party prizes will be issued with a hard copy voucher sent recorded delivery from The Restaurant Group within three weeks of notification of prize won.
• Prizes must be claimed within 4 weeks (increases to 8 weeks November / December as prize vouchers are not valid during December). The VIP Parties must be claimed within 8 weeks. Unclaimed prizes will be void, no additional prizes will be allocated.
• Winners may be required to take part in publicity within the restaurant.

Free fajita voucher

1. Valid Monday to Thursday until 4 weeks from date of issue
2. Not available bank holidays
3. This voucher entitles the bearer to one free Fajita (Chicken or Verde)
4. Valid when a minimum of one additional main course is purchased
5. One voucher per table / bill transaction
6. Valid at all Chiquito locations
7. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or set menu
8. Subject to availability, no substitute available, no cash alternative.

Free party for ten

1. Offer valid Monday to Thursday until 8 weeks from date of issue
2. Not available bank holidays
3. This voucher entitles the bearer to a three course meal and margaritas in the bar beforehand for a party of ten. To a maximum value of £500
4. Party must be pre-booked and restaurant manager informed of prize voucher a mimimum of 1 week before party date
5. Valid at all Chiquito locations
6. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or set menu
7. Subject to availability, no substitute available, no cash alternative
8. Voucher will be posted out in hard copy to the address provided
9. Only original hard copy vouchers signed by authorised signatory will be accepted
10. A maximum of 20 parties will be won, only original winning entries will be accepted. Chiquito reserves the right to withdraw the prize if fraudulent winning entries are suspected
