Centre Parcs

Am thinking of going to Centre Parcs at Longleat. Prices very steep, can't seem to find a website that offers discount on UK holidays, most are for abroad. Any ideas, you BRILLIANT lot out there? Thanks.

  • Hi,
I've got a few discount codes that may help you out, you should get a cheaper price using these, although it depends on the dates, these are mostly for term-time.

I got these codes from: the brochure sent from centerparcs, centerparcs website, good house and home magazine and dabs website all available for everyone.

    BM06 (I believe this expires 1st April 2006)
CPWEB (This appears to be the best discount for lastminute dates)
    DABS (Unknown expiry)
BR06SF (Sherwood Forest ONLY - expires end July 2006)
BR06EF (Elveden Forest ONLY - expires end July 2006)
BR06LF (Longleat Forest ONLY - expires end July 2006)
BR06OF (Oasis Whinfell Forest ONLY - expires end July 2006)
    GHOUS2 (unknown expiry)
VLIFE (appears to be for specific dates between now and end July)

    I hope this helps you.

Longleat is the most expensive (accomodation wise) of all the UK parks, and even though it is the closest one for us, we prefer Sherwood Forest. Unfortunately, as it is a family based holiday, prices rocket during school holiday time - unfairly so IMO. A school holiday break almost trebles in price, and also all the activities incur a price increase too.

The alternative is to visit the European Centerparcs, as I have been told that a week break during UK school holidays, including the ferry crossing, still works out cheaper than a stay in a UK Park.

Sorry I couldn't help with any discount codes.

  • and have been to Longleat a few times.

However the last time we went, they were building even more chalets and it became obvious that with the number of people there (especially at school holiday times) that facilities wouldn't be able to cope, especially the restuarants which in my opinion are really expensive for what they are....even talking to the staff there they seemed to be of the same opinion.

What I really object to is having to pay extra to even have the opportunity to book up events - if you leave it until you get there you have no chance of doing what you want to do - and if you want to do something on the spur of the moment - forget it. This tends to go against the idea of Centre Parcs imo.

It seemed to us when we were last there that the management of Centre Parcs had a great concept but they've got greedy and spoiled it.

I've been told before to check the Center Parcs website each Friday for their offers. Last time I looked there was a 25% discount for OW for the weekend beg 31 March. Here this is the day the schools break up for Easter, so if you don't live too far away you could go after school finishes, or check to see if there's a teacher training day that day that would mean you could set off early.

I've also had several discount codes from Daily Mail before.
  • Try this post it offers a code for £100 off. I used it to book at Longleat for the May Bank Holiday week.

It's always worth doing a search first to see if there has been anything posted in the past before posting. ;) I think you'll find a lot for Center Parcs offers.

April 28 to May 22 weekend and midweek
June 9th July 10 weekend and midweek.
