Just saw this on another forum.
For their 6th birthday they are offering flights from £6 one way including all taxes and charges.
You must book by Thursday 27 March and flights are for 1 June 08 to 31 July 08.
Great for students travelling back from uni or for a UK break I would have thought.

It seems to add tax to the fares. There are free (£0.00) flights but the taxes are added into it later!0

Thanks for this, my moms always wanted to go to jersey and I've just booked my parents a 5 day stay in July for £40 for both return from Birmingham!
Infact this is their most expensive trip as they have been to Dussendolf, Rome, Paris, Barcelona and Berlin for the grand total of £2.00 all in!But if ever I stray from the path I follow
Take me down to the English Channel
Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!
'Cos love is free and life is cheap As long as I've got me a place to sleep
Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more0 -
A great offer but I wonder why they don't fly from London airports? Shame.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0

Beware of the extra fees - £14.98 to pay with a debit card!! How can they get away with this when the fee is usually £1.99??!0

aha! there had to be a catch somewhere.
looks like ryanair isn't the only one pulling this stunt.miladdo0 -
Ah.. It's all above board after all - just very misleading!
I selected a flight from Glasgow to East Midlands priced at £0.00. It automatically added on tax at £6 [much cheaper than the usual £18 tax] and then added baggage for £6.99.
When I went to pay, the debit card fee appeared to be £14.98 [as opposed to the usual £1.99 fee] but this amount was in fact the TOTAL amount for the flight. Deary me.. they really should make it a bit clearer! I only found out the truth when I decided to go ahead & book the flight anyway, and the full amount was on my confirmation.
Sorry for the drama everyone!0
