I used this company for a Mothers day delivery to be delivered by Saturday still no flowers and Customer services not that helpful. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Yes. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Tuesday to a friend and they didn't turn up til Wednesday. So not too bad, except she wasn't at work on Wednesday so by the time she arrived back on Thursday I can't imagine they were at their best. Not sure what they were like either, but they were the only place I could find something 'modern'.
Did you get anywhere with customer services?There is no such thing as a free lunch. Its only free because you've paid for it.
Noone can have everything they want and the sooner you learn that the better.
