Any receipes for using up two and a half packets of Rich Tea Biscuits? Something chocolately for a meal would be nice.

I've used these before instead of digestives as a cheesecake base. you could make a tiffin? choc biscuits cherries I think its called a tiffin... have had a look and found this recipe.... its at the bottom of the page nutty choc tiffin...

You could use it as a base for a banoffee pie? all you need is a can of condensed milk, boil it to make toffee, a banana and some cream! Oh and grated chocolate on top! x0

if you have children its a great time for them to get creative let them ice them maybe diff colour icing and anything you have for decorating cakes silver balls/hundreds and thousands/sugar strands etc,my girls love doing this a great activity and they get to eat the final result:xmastree:Is loving life right now,yes I am a soppy fool who believes in the simple things in life :xmastree:0

I seem to recall that one of the American poster said these were the best alternative to Graham crackers available in UK. So you could do a search for US recipies using Graham crackers and try out whichever ones take your fancy.0
