2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for two people for a 2-night stay at the Hilton Coylumbridge Hotel staying in a double room on a bed & breakfast basis, valid until 1st January 2010. Prize also includes a 3-4 hour guided walk of the Cairngorms National Park with Speyside Wildlife valid until 30th April 2010 and 2 adult passes for the Cairngorm Funicular Railway valid until 1st January 2010.
8. Prize also includes £150 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance or any other expenses and must be taken in full by the 1st January 2010.
10. The stay at the Hilton Coylumbridge Hotel is subject to availability and excludes Christmas and New Year.
11. The guided walking tour with Speyside Wildlife is subject to availability and excludes Easter and the weekend of 2 – 5 April 2010. Speyside Wildlife will provide transport and will notify a suitable meeting point in the Aviemore for this.
12. Speyside Wildlife cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, or for personal accident or injury. They will take responsibility for any acts or omissions by themselves which result in loss or injury to the guests. They cannot however take responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from any act or omission by persons over whom we have no control.
13. No responsibility can be held by Speyside Wildlife for any activity altered or cancelled due to reasons beyond their control, under circumstances which could not be avoided and where alternative arrangements cannot be made.
14. There is limited availability on the Cairngorm Funicular Railway during the month of November 2009.
15. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, subject to change, are weather dependant and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
16. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
17. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 02.11.09 and notified in writing within 7 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
19. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
20. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
