The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winner of the prize. The prize is a seven (7) night trip for four (4) to Universal Orlando Resort including: Return economy airfare for four (4) from Heathrow or Gatwick airport to Orlando, Florida, non-exclusive ground transfers to/from the airport in Orlando and the hotel, hotel accommodation for seven (7) consecutive nights on-site at the Hard Rock® Hotel at Universal Orlando® (room and tax only, single room, quad occupancy), four (4) seven (7) day 2-Park Tickets to Universal Studios Florida® and Universal’s Islands of Adventure®, and one (1) US $150 gift certificate redeemable at Mandara Spa located at Lowe’s Portofino Bay Hotel.

The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider and/or the prize organizer. It is the responsibility of the winner to book the prize a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to taking up the prize, subject to availability and to applicable restrictions. The prize must be taken up by 20 April 2010. All elements of the prize must be booked and redeemed at the same time, and no changes shall be permitted after confirmation. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take up the prize as specified during the relevant dates. The winner and their companions must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location. The prize is subject to availability and restrictions including but not limited to inclement weather conditions, blackout dates where applicable, public holidays and school holidays. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions adhere to the travel itinerary and other relevant instructions as set out by the prize provider and/or the prize organizer. The winner must follow instructions given by the Promoter, prize provider and/or the prize organizer to take up the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any element of the prize for reasons beyond their reasonable control.

Where any element of the prize includes the issue of vouchers and/or tickets by the prize provider to the winner, the prize provider and/or the prize organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept vouchers and/or tickets which are deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise are suspected to be affected from fraud, or which are otherwise invalid. The Promoter shall not be liable where a voucher and/or ticket has been lost or stolen following delivery to the winner.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions hold a valid passport and other travel documentation and visas as relevant before departure, as well as travel insurance to cover any overseas medical costs. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of the prize for reasons beyond their reasonable control. The prize is non-changeable, non-transferable and non-upgradeable. There is no cash equivalent or alternative prize.
