It goes on a bit like this:

The T&Cs start off like this :
IMPORTANT: These terms and conditions relate specifically to the sale of products by us to you.
This is a comp, not a sale, so I wouldn't have thought that most of the T&Cs apply here. Tightwad. And proud of it!
