Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
By submitting your entry you agree to the following terms and conditions:-
<LI class=n12-15>This promotion is only open to UK residents, excluding employees of DSG Retail Limited, their families and agents (including affiliates). <LI class=n12-15>Closing date for entries is: 31<SUP>st</SUP> March 2008. The draw will take place on 4<SUP>th</SUP> April 2008 and the winner will be notified via the email address supplied within 28 days of the draw. <LI class=n12-15>One winner will be chosen at random. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. <LI class=n12-15>The Promoter may in its absolute discretion disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected. <LI class=n12-15>The winner will receive the prize of one, Samsung 32" LCD TV, which will be delivered to the UK mainland address as nominated by the winner. <LI class=n12-15>The prize is as stated, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged by the winner for an alternative product unless the Promoter agrees otherwise. There are no cash alternatives. <LI class=n12-15>The winner will be contacted with further details within 28 days of the draw.
