wheelchair hire for Orlando theme parks HELP??!

Hi

We are off to Florida again this February and have decided to spend the first week in Orlando. I would love to find out in advance how to hire (and cost of) a wheelchair possibly electric. My parents are coming with us and I think my mum will be unable to walk round any of the parks all day.

Can they be hired at each of the parks? Do you have to book in advance? is it better to try outside the parks??

Any tips gratefully received

many thanks in advance

I'm sure regular wheelchairs could be hired at the parks but, they might even be free but not 100%. Try the forum Here I'm sure someone there will know for sure.
  • definately, but arrive early as allocated on first come first served basis, approx $40 day - well worth it. (called ECV's) Unfortunately, many able bodied people are now hiring them, as you get the best seats for shows/parades etc.
