Peak Season Florida Flights

Is it me or have all Orlando flights gone up dramatically?
The last time I went we payed around £350 per person for peak season but now most airlines are asking £600 -£700.
Should I wait to see if any deals come up in the next couple of months or can anybody recommend any deals?
Thanks meterman :-[

I just booked flights for July through http://www.chartertravel.co.uk which was previously recommended on this board. Although it says charter travel I have actually booked a scheduled flight but going through them I have only paid a deposit and pay the balance in May whereas having looked at Opodo you have to pay the full amount on booking.0

Last December I booked three adults to fly to Miami in May and return in June.
I booked with BA and used their website. The reason I booked early was to be sure we could attend a wedding.
The tickets cost £620 each which I paid with my credit card. However I notice on the BA website this week (w/c 5/3/06) you can buy tickets for the same time, day and flight for £420.
I always thought the earlier you booked the cheaper it would be, how wrong was I?0 -
I booked BA flights to Miami in April (Easter) this year via an American travel portal (https://www.orbitz.com) and saved £150 per flight against the cheapest I could find them on any UK site, including BAs. You can use this site if you are in the EU.0
