This month the ICA will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of anime studio Production IG by holding a special anime screening, featuring the new Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex movie Solid State Society, and 1998's acclaimed sci-fi action-drama Jin-Roh. This double bill is a rare opportunity to see both films on the big screen in advance of their respective DVD releases in the UK.
The screening takes place on 15 August in Cinema One at the ICA in London, and starts at 6.30pm. Tickets are £15 each, with discounts for ICA members and concessions. In conjunction with Manga Entertainment, the distributors of Solid State Society, and Optimum Releasing, who are distributing Jin-Roh, we've got five pairs of tickets to the screening to give away! Winners will also receive one of five goody bags worth £300 each, courtesy of Manga.
