I get this when I press submit

Not Found

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

the address of the not found page is:

http://www.buchanangalleries.co.uk/competition/Boots_thankyou.html

I think the page they are linking to when you submit is not coded correctly because if you just enter the above address you get the correct Thankyou page

So entry probably has been registered OK
