Hang on - alarm bells are ringing now... firstly, you can't opt out on their signup form, then they send you a confirmation email with no Unsubscribe option and no contact information (sent from [EMAIL="email@domain.com"]email@domain.com[/EMAIL]).

I've just sent an email to the 'Contact Us' on the micro site:
I’m trying to enter the competition to win an LG Compressor but the competition entry form will not allow me to opt out of the marketing. Please can you advise when this will be fixed as currently it is in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998.<o></o><o></o>

Result! I just came across this thread again & realised I hadn't received a reply from them about their untickable opt out box!
Just tried the site again & I was able to tick the box to opt out of future marketing & enter
