McCain Track & Field Competition Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their families of McCain Foods UK Ltd, its agents or any company professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry per household.
3. We cannot accept bulk entries from the trade or any consumer group or third party applications.
4. Entry must be made by submitting application via https://www.mccaintrackandfield.co.uk. Entries must be completed in full. Entries altered, defaced, or containing profanities are invalid.
5. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
6. Closing date for applications is 30th December 2008.
7. Prize comprises: £200 worth of Adidas kit
8. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
9. The winning entry will be selected at random under independent supervision from all entries received by the due closing date.
10. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date and will agree to take part in publicity if required.
11. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
