[1] To enter answer the question and submit the entry form. Closing date for receipt of entries is 20th March 2009 [2] Prize: Return economy flights for 2 people from London to Havana including transfer to Santiago de Cuba. 2 Nights in 3* accommodation in Havana and 3 nights in 3* accommodation in Santiago De Cuba on a bed and breakfast basis plus £400 spending money.[3] Prize is valid for use anytime before 1st December 2009 (excluding selected dates such as the Easter period and Bank Holidays). Details of flights and accommodation will be confirmed by the Promoter within 7 days of the winner specifying their chosen dates. All accommodation and flights are subject to availability. [4] It is the responsibility of those travelling to ensure that they have the correct documentation for travel including valid passports and adequate travel insurance. [5] Competition is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, excluding employees of the Promoter and adidas (UK) Limited, all of their associated companies and their families or any other persons connected with such employees or with this competition.[6] Persons 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult (and must use the second prize for this purpose). Proof of age will be required.[7] Entries are limited to one entry per person. If more than one entry is received, only the first will be accepted.[8] Due to our Data Protection Policy entrants must be 12 or over. [9] No purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase chances of winning.[10] The winner will be selected at random by the Promoter and will be advised either by phone or in writing sometime after 3rd April 2009. In the event a winner does not communicate his her acceptance by email or telephone within 14 days of the Promoters notice that he she is a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to pick another winner and the person not responding will waive his her rights to the prize.[11] Selection of the winner is final and binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. [12] The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and no alternative prizes are available. The prize is non transferable. If the winner can not make use of the prize for any reason, another winner ill be selected at random.[13] Results of the prize draw may be obtained anytime after 10th April 2009 by sending a stamped envelope to adicolour Schuh prize draw, Schuh Limited, 1 Neilson Square, Deans Industrial Estate, Livingston, EH548RQ, Scotland, UK .[14] The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by the winner over and above the prize offered (including, without limitation, travel insurance, lunch and evening meals and travel to London).[15] The Promoter accepts no responsibility for flights, hotels or guided tours being altered or cancelled. [16] The Promoter has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.[17] The Promoter will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to administer the competition. We may also pass your information to named third parties, use it to tell you about our products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. If you do not want the Promoter to use your information in this way, please indicate this by ticking the relevant box(s) on the entry form.[18] Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of the rules.[19] To the maximum extent permitted by the law, the winner by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release the Promoter and its advertising agency from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and or use of the prizes.[20] If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.[21] These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of England. Not sure if it is a case of 'user none technical'

Try this click on an empty box with your mouse on the part of the form that you can see then use the tab feature on you keyboard to move through the form to enter your details
