Are there any comps you don't enter?

I was just wondering do you all enter every single comp on here or do you only enter for things you want?

I never enter competitions to win a car as I wouldnt want the expense that goes with it once you've got it, I can do without that "prize". I don't enter comps for just flights unless it's to somewhere I was thinking of going anyway and similarly I don't enter comps for just accommodation unless it's somewhere I was thinking of going anyway. I never enter comps for Spa breaks as sitting round with a damp towel wrapped around me all weekend isn't my idea of fun. I don't enter adventure holidays as similarly I don't find swinging along the side of a cliff on a rope fun either. I don't enter the ones for tickets unless it's for something I want to go to.

Any other comps though - bring it on.

I never enter comps where the prize can't be used by myself, family or friends. Also I leave the spam merchants such as My Offers and !!!!!! alone.

I only enter the ones for things I want. I only go for concerts/holidays/days out ect that I would enjoy, otherwise I think if I won a holiday bungee jumping or something I would just worry and dread it so much it wouldn't be fun! Would love a spa break though, being pampered all day would be fab:wink:

I don't enter comps for tickets or holidays or spa trips or makeovers, or myoffer types (used to but it seemed a waste of time) :D

I enter text ones if it's included in my text bundle or only costs 10p, or 25p if it's something really good.

I've sold a few wins on ebay (e.g. Cd, DVD, T-Shirt) & given a couple of things to people I knew would like them :D

I enter for cars (as mine has broken down big time) anything electrical for him indoors, tickets for stuff I want to see, DVD's and other things that might take my fancy. When I first started I was entering anything and everything but one day I realised I really didn't want to win a Jethro Tull CD  so started being a bit more selective :rotfl::rotfl:(Still want one of them Julien dresses though ;) and a spa break would be lovely having been on one before - paid for though)

I enter most competitions although if its the end of the month/loads closing soon then I get a bit more selective. Even if I don't want things someoneelse will get a bargain on ebay! I don't enter the my offers/clash/!!!!!! type things as i don't trust them but thats a personal opinion with no valid reason behind it really!

I never enter ones for tickets unless I can make it. I dont enter ones on sites like my offers or get me a ticket. Dont enter ones that I would never make use of or wouldnt be able to give as presents etc

  • I only enter for stuff myself or someone in my family would want/like. Anything else should be won by people who want it, in my opinion :)

I only enter comps for things I want to win for myself/family. I don't enter comps for holidays for 2 people that are longer than 2 nights(my mum wouldn't have the kids for longer than that!). I don't enter comps for tickets, mainly because most events are down south. I also don't enter text comps that cost more than the standard rate! But, I enter EVERY comp for a spa break, i'm getting desperate for one now!! :rotfl:

  • I very rarely enter ticket comps, only if it's someone or something I really want to see.

Same for DVDs 7 CDs I only enter if I'd like it or one of the family or my friends would.

I would love to enter the fabulous getaway holidays for 2 , but nobody in their right mind would take [STRIKE]The Witches of Eastwick[/STRIKE] My two wonderful daughters for longer than 48 hours at a push.(I love 'em so much but they are a handful, 6 & 8.......you know the age, the eldest is the chatback queen ).............and in reality, I really couldn't leave them for that long , I'd miss them too much .

I very rarely enter text only comps.

I have started doing postal ones though.

I don't do any Weekend breaks abroad, I have started to do the weekends away in the UK though .
