Do you have to sign up after you install it (on first use) as I downloaded it without needing to register?

Once you have downloaded it and during installing the program you will be asked if you want to register online or by fax/mail. Once the installation is complete you then register.

The free download expires after the 14 March (at least thats how ive read it)

Yes, Download befoe the 14th of March, I guess they'll just remove the ability to download it from the website after that. You register after you have/during installation.

I downloaded the deluxe version as you do lol, it's in German though so a bit of a pian to use lol

Knocked this up with it. Have a listen. I'm no musician lol but it's not too bad.
