The prize provider is Element London Ltd, 5 Crombie Mews, Abercrombie Street, London, SW11 2JB. The prize includes the following:

a) Return economy class flights for two from a London airport of our choice to Cancun International Airport;
b) Seven nights' accommodation for two on an All Inclusive basis based on the winner and their companion sharing a twin or double room setup in an Oceanfront Junior Suite.
c) All Inclusive board basis includes all-day dining: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and unlimited natural fruit juices, soft drinks, premium and domestic brand alcoholic beverages.
d) Return private airport transfers between the airport and the hotel.
e) Travel insurance for two.

Six weeks' notice must be given by the winner in advance of their selected travel dates and travel must be completed by 28th February 2014. The prize is subject to hotel availability and excludes travel between the following dates:
•The months of July, August and September
•Any other UK Bank or Public Holidays.

Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

The prize is subject to availability and excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, personal expenses and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

Where the winner is under 18 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes which will be applied to any incidental charges incurred such as laundry and in room movies.

There is no cash alternative to the prize and it is non-transferable and non-refundable. Spending money is not included.
