It's nice to see that a company has held its hands up for once, admitted wrongdoing and offered a freebie.
Now when do I get my high street vouchers from all these PPI companies??? :mad:0 -
NPower being a nuisance.....nothing new....:D0

Nice.
3,650 victims get a ten quid shopping voucher, total cost probably less than £30,000 to Npower because they're bought in bulk at less than face value.
Ofcom gets £60,000.
I wonder if they can pay the fine in shopping vouchers? :rotfl:0 -
Does that mean t-mobile owe me £10?
I actioned a 3 strikes and out (I stopped answering at 4!) rule on them.0 -
"Npower exceeded its 3% daily limit."
Sounds long odds on my silent calls.0 -
sounds like they will be rising prices againDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
