I have to be organised, I work full time as does my OH and I need meals planned in advance so I know when I come home exactly what I am making. Also all the meals I make are ready and on the table within 45 minutes usually.
I also refuse to spend my hard earned free time at the supermarket so this way I know exactly what I need so can plan a big monthly shop and just top up with fresh stuff each week. This I enjoy as I can potter about the local market which is a lot more fun than Tesco!
Also I find I stick to my budget without fail this way.

I can't wait to try out some of your recipies.
Thank you for sharing x0 -

Oh this is absolutely brilliant!! thank you so, so much.
I printed out your meal planner today and stuck with my usual mess of scribblings, it's so good to get other people's ideas! And now recipes too!
I'll print them all out too tomorrow.
I made pitta breads for the first time the other day - i was astonished! they were brilliant! and so easy. I had grand plans of making loads and putting them in the freezer but they seem to get used up for dinners and packed lunches so fast.
Thanks again!
