I'd throw it away too, like I have on numerous occasions, I forget its there!! I try and freeze it if I can, but it does go off so quick.
I knew someone once who would have probably still used it if it was going grey and smelly, he once cooked me a joint of beef that was greensih and smelled rank, he said it was the best time(!!) anyways, it did tast ok, slighty funny, but I wouldnt risk it myself.
It makes me wonder why the supermarkets insist on selling mince in that state, I would guess that if it was bad for us, there would be no way they would keep it on the shelves??
Take it back, if you can be bothered lol0
