Can't find on the pages regarding all the cashbacks on opening and switching accounts ........ but have heard Martin mention before ....
which are the bank accounts suggested which you can just open ... set up a couple of low price DD's .. and then use to do a £ valuable switch to a bank that pays incentives to "switch & close".
I currently only have one bank account . which i do not want to close .

If you want an account that gives rewards you could try Barclays blue rewards. Cost £3 a month benefit minimum £7 a month.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0

You may find the MSE guide to the best bank accounts of interest: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/banking/compare-best-bank-accounts
There is no limit to the number of current accounts you can hold (other than the limits specified by a provider, e.g. You can only have one sole and one joint Halifax Reward) so you can keep as many as you like open to earn interest or rewards and then open another for switching purposes.0 -

Are their BOT's,,,,,, on this site0 -
If you want to open an account to then switch away (but avoid any banks who are likely to have switching offers), then Barclays and Santander are reasonable bets. Neither of them have ever offered a switching bonus before. There is no guarantee that they never will, of course. Both are simple and quick to open online.0

Barclays have offered a £100 incentive, but several years prior to the CASS launch.0 -

I was unaware of the cashback site incentives for Santander. Would they be treated in the same way as a switching bonus is (i.e. blocking you from gaining a future bonus)?
I don't count incentives pre-CASS.
As I said, nothing is guaranteed, but it is unlikely that either of these banks will offer a switching incentive.0
