Any time limit?

I have just received a PCN from LDK for an alleged 'Unauthorised Parking' at a Lidl store dating back to April 2016 !!
Is there any time limit on sending these out or are they just chancing their arm. No ticket was issued on the date of the alleged contravention.
I'm also curious that they have stated no actual contravention, timings or evidence other than stating simply a breach of contract for 'Unauthorised parking'. They havent stated whether it was an overstay (it wasnt) or parked with no machine issued ticket (there was one. They have included two photographs.
One is of the car against a wooden fence. No signs anywhere to identify where the car actually is or any signs anywhere, in fact the car could be anywhere, and another photo of a Lamp Post with a Lidl store in the background but no description of what store or where it was.
I am also disabled and the car is registered as a disabled Vehicle yet they have made no reference to making any reasonable adjustments as required in [FONT=&quot]to The Equality Act 2010

Any comments?

Something to keep this old fart busy anyway

    Hello!

Just send the appeal in blue writing from 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' to LDK (online or by email if offered, NOT a letter, preferably).

You can add to ask them why this has taken six months, according to the date of the parking event? Ask, what are the exceptional circumstances that caused them to think they could get you data from the DVLA now?

DO NOT NAME NOR IMPLY THE DRIVER.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

fire off a letter like the one below ,

    Dear Sirs
    Re: VRM AB12 XYZ
As the Registered Keeper of the above VRM could you advise who has accessed my personal details with regards to this marque, how often and when did the DVLA send the keeper details out. Please advise the information with regards to events between xx/xx/xx/ and xx/xx/xx.
I understand there is no charge for this information and look forward to your speedy reply.
    Yours faithfully

    No-one said otherwise.

The PCN tells people how to appeal and I merely said send it online, if offered. Not by letter, preferably.

This PCN/ NTK is from LDK Security Group.
Appeals only in writing, it offers nothing else.

From what I can see they have ignored 2 sections of POFA and their 2 photos are laughable with no information whatsoever, no locus and no description of the alleged Unauthorised Parking,

So send the BPA template in blue from the NEWBIES thread as advised, by first class post from a Post Office counter and obtain a free proof of posting.

The non POFA complaint bits will form part of your PoPLA appeal along with all the other usual appeal points.

Yep thats the one but in my NTK it specifies appeals only in writing.

Ive done a nice 4 page appeal including No Keeper or driver liability.
I'm also sending them a rough pre-estimate of my costs which I will be charging them should they lose.:rotfl:

see http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=71494136&postcount=9 and do as suggested , you do not need to send "war and peace" , just a basic appeal in order to get a POPLa code

you can do a 30 page appeal , they wont read it
