Apparently they are having problems with the opening, delays in issuing refunds etc and they are deleting comments from their FB page - not an issue if you are simply entering the competitions and do not pay for upgrades etc.

Also some people are not receiving prizes, or refunds for the upgrades to the prizes not received, also SRH giving prizes to employees, and giving jobs to prize winners??? These folks have been in business for 5 years in one form or another (according to them) and yet not a trace or a review of a single hotel room unless someone can enlighten me - seems odd

I have heard of 5 winners of the bigger prizes, the trips, whose prizes have not come to fruition and some of them had paid for extras which they had trouble getting a refund for. One of them was told she could only have the refund IF she forfeited her prize!
