And I was wondering why they posted in Korean when they can see these boards are written in English? doh! Even if we were interested in what they had to say, how are we meant to understand it!?
It's to get Search engine ranking for their casino webites.
It's for Google's search engine link bots to read, not us.
Someone Googling say (casino) in Korean will see pages of google result containing those casino urls.
Example Google results:
