Happy Fathers Day to all dads out there
Wow, I am running late today didn't wake up until 10.30  DH left me to sleep as he knew I didn't get to bed until 1am or after.
DS3 is doing a b&q at his for Fathers Day and I'm walking there as its just a 10 minute walk (still not driven yet)
No time for catchup at the mo I did try over coffee but will have a mammoth session when I get home. That will be after I have a play with my new Trail Cam, DS3 went to Aldi this morning with his DGF and got me mine and he has bought one for DH.
Hugs to those in need or want, see you later xThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
Tinyshoes, get yourself back on here sweetheart where you belong. Not sure what's happened but just seen Bananababe quote your post.
If someone and I say ONE person has caused you upset, the majority here love you and your posts, I know I do xx
When I return later I want to see some posts from you, so shift yourself and get back pronto xThere's no place like home

Anyone up for a gamble to lighten the mood on here a bit?
Walkers currently have a promotion running where you can win a £4 voucher to buy yourself lunch. You enter the code from packs with the offer on, and it says 1 in 6 are winners, and if you win they will send you a voucher.
so far so good.
Jack Fultons (Fultons Foods) are currently selling boxes of 48 of these promotional crisps £2.99, so theoretically if you buy 48 packets you should win £32!! Well probably not, but you only need 1 winner to be in profit.
The £2.99 price seems only to apply to ready salted, and possibly tomato ketchup flavours, and sadly for those down south I think Fultons is only in the north.
Reading the codes makes you boggle eyed, but hey its a bit of fun!!:o:o:o:oessex girl in exile0 -

Another my fitness pal fan here - I have an upband and it all synchs up - not that I can actually loose any weight
I too really like My Fitness Pal app simply because it helps me track nutritional content of foods. Inspired by Tweets, SFSB and others I have managed to lose a stone and a half since January. Mostly by cutting down on my sugar intake. My Fitness Pal is great for seeing the added sugar in foods you might not expect -I hardly ever eat bread now.“Life moves pretty fast. Good Afternoon all0 -
Same here. I was buying croissants, saus rolls and danish pastries on woopsies as I do not normally eat them. However tell my hands & mouth that. Even though I know they will give me indigestion during the night, by the time I get home (30 min drive) I have eaten at least 2. Why do I not lock them in the boot? Because I am greedy & usually hungry & ready for tea. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I need some of the will power the other dieters on here have.
Cakes really affect me more than anything else unfortunately. I get a bloated stomach and stops me going to the toiletI m laying off them at the moment even thought I like them.
When I did have a piece of cake in my mind I'd be thinking oh this won't do me any favours and that stopped me enjoying it as much anyway.0 -
just bobbing in to say hi.
I have been at work crazy hours so havent had a chance to keep up but am off to read the last 8 or so pages to try and catch up
