  had no submit button even in incognito and enter didn't work either however end date details are: All entries must be received by 12pm on 5th January 2015 - so plenty of time

  Yeah won't submit tried 3 browsers - think their website is broken.

  What do you mean by fill and submit. Using Chrome auto fill and its still got no submit form
