Promotion open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter or Amazon, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
A mobile phone is required to enter the promotion and internet access is required for a winner to claim their prize. Promotion runs daily prize draws from 30 June 2014 to 27 July 2014 (the "Promotion Period").

To submit an entry to a daily prize draw, TEXT Galaxy to 88802 between 00:01am and 11:59pm on any day during the Promotion Period.
Entries submitted after the Promotion Period or by any other means (e.g. post) will be rejected.
Maximum one entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using (including but not limited to) multiple mobiles, multiple identities and multiple addresses will be disqualified immediately. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries generated by a computer will be accepted.
In the event of a mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, the Promoter is unable to retrieve or transfer an existing entry to a new mobile number. The Promoter and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable to any person whose mobile phone is used to enter without the owner’s permission. The bill payer is accepted as the entrant and should their mobile number be selected as a winner, they will be the sole claimant of the prize. Entrants who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified.
There are a total of 28 Kindles (Wi-Fi 6" E-ink Display) available to be won, with one being awarded each day throughout the Promotion Period.
At the end of each day during the Promotion Period all entries validly submitted during that day will be entered into a prize draw, with one entrant selected at random as the winner.
Each winner will be notified by text within 24 hours of their prize draw being held and will be required to visit galaxychocolate.co.uk/kindle-registration.aspx to confirm the mobile number from which the entry was sent, their full name, email address and the address to which their Kindle should be sent. After submitting their details, a winner will receive an email confirming that their details have been received.
The Kindle prize will be sent to a winner within 28 days of receipt of the details stated in Condition 10. Any inaccuracy in the name and address details provided by the winner could delay or prevent delivery and the Promoter cannot be liable for such delay or non-delivery. In the event that the winner has not submitted the details (stated in Condition 10 above) within 14 days of the Promoter sending the notification text, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in that prize draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the Kindle prize.
Unsuccessful entries in a daily prize draw will not be carried forward to subsequent prize draws. The result of each prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered in to except with the winner(s).

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for text entries or winning online claims which are corrupted, misdirected or are not received by the Promoter for any technical, delivery or other reason whatsoever.
