Remember that form fillers can cause probs with Hello forms, so you may need to complete manually.
If you've used a form filler and it won't go through:
1) Type in all words manually
2) Choose a different option for the country
3) Re-select UK as your country
4) Choose a different option for the year of birth
5) Re-select correct year of birth

I just go to end of each line and "click" and this brings up the tick (IE)thanks to all posters
