It's a tiny one that only opened before Christmas. I shoulda gone to the big one that I normally go to but I just wanted to get home, away from insane people!

My nearest one is ex netto, good for the loo rolls, there is a massive one either way by about 10 miles

TS, can I ask where you heard about the boiler grant thingy please. Might have a read to see if I can swing one.

It's an ECO grant that Martin :money: has always gone on about, we went through our local energy centre for survey, just for the energy info you get given. Never expected anything but a written report we could use at later date if I am honest. But the plumbers have said to us today the work has come to an abrupt end for them as seems last couple of weeks grants have been pulled. :(

Up until last Thursday ours was meant to have been totally free and we got a phone call to say we needed to make a contribution, so maybe now some people are not in position to afford it.

From what I found online few weeks ago I could only find insulation grants for harder to treat properties, but did come across some government paper that said they could be discretionary for other work.

Whether it's the same all over the country I don't know but guess maybe to do with all the flooding money being diverted elsewhere.

Yes safe to throw in any shop no one else sells it apparently .:p
When I looked it up on msm, the daz 22 compares to other supermarkets. But they say "new compact" on the packaging. Wondering if the ones that scan cheap for you dont have this wording.?
