My CCJ expires on 29th but when will it disappear?

I have a CCJ on my Experian report which was issued on 29th January 2008 so it will be 6 years next week. It has already disappeared from my Equifax report (last week) but I need a credit card as I am travelling to the US on business in the first week of Feb and I need to hire a car. I dont want to apply if my CCJ is still on file as I might get rejected but I do need to apply asap. Does anyone know with Experian does it go at midnight on 29th for example or will it be reset on 1st February?
Thanks

Try doing a couple of soft check applications.
If you do one through moneysupermarket and another through fluid.co.uk - both are soft checks and don't appear as a search until a full application is made.
Barclaycard also offer a soft check too:

Those soft searches you mentioned don't search Experian."You know when it's cold outside when you go outside and it's cold"0 -
We delete CCJs once they reach six years old. I would wait until 1 Feb.
