I have made a purchased on my visa debit card for £1000. The item has not arrived, the company says it has been signed for, but the name on the address is from no one who lives at the residence.
they are unwilling to help.
Where do i stand? Will my bank help recover the funds?

I bought myself a PS4, had 5 games, and a gaming headset worth £200.
After 2 weeks of ownerships, i decided i was bored with it, the whole package is worth £800. Put it on ebay and it failed to sell for not even £600!!!
I think it was because it was nearer xmas time so it was a bit of a wrong timing, but it was the ultimate gamers package!
After three attempts, it sold for just over £600. Went to deliver it from Birmingham to Gloucester to avoid the dreaded ebay fees, sent the buyer a cancellation request and he rejected it! so gonna tell paypal he hasn't paid. :money:
If i had sold it within the week of release would of gone for 1k plus easily.
talking golfs, get an mk5 r32, you'll love it!0 -
