Still not had a chance to catch up
Just weighed myself and Ive lost 1lb :j
Only problem is I got my weight loss wrong last week and I'd only lost 3lb, not 4lb :mad:

I'm on a fast day today and I've definitely found it easier than last week.
For dinner tonight I had a M&S Count on us Yorkshire pudding with beef stew in red wine for only 210 calories. Filled the plate with veg, and it was very nice indeed.:)0 -
