:eek::eek:Thats as bad as something Nannylala did last year;)She bought her electric steamer to my house as I have everyone for Xmas dinner and thought it would be easier if we had two. In hers we cooked all the sprouts and cauliflower. She usually stays with me for a good few days and after Xmas day their was an awful smell in my office!! It was getting worse and worse and I turned everything upside down in there. When she went home the smell disappeared:cool:She phoned me up and confessed that she was very sorry but the smell had been coming from her steamer!! She'd been putting stuff in bags in my office so as she didnt forget anything and it had been sitting in their for 5 days and she'd forgot to empty the sprout water out:eek::eek::eek::eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:[/

Mouldy sprouts one of the worst smells ever!! :rotfl:
:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:

WW does the till accept 2 x £2 finest vouchers when you only buy 1 meal deal do you know please? I still think £8 is a lot as I don't drink wine!:o But £6 would be OK at a push...;)

It would depend what you buy if it costs over £20 before the meal deal offer kicks in. Oh and I just remembered, the NY cheesecake was comparing favourably in the meal deal - £2.50 in T, £2.20 in A.

I've just found my receipt and my meal deal of chicken & asparagus (£5.50), petit pois (£2.50), NY cheesecake (£2.50) and Navarra Rose (£6.99) came to £17.49. Every 2 of these meal deals would allow for 3 coupons so £7/meal.

    Thanks Nikki,

I'm currently trawling through the Finest 3 for2 offers at the moment.

Every year I do a mega M&S shop but I'm going for the Finest range this year - for hopefully half the price using a combination of vouchers:)

Anyone get the free Poinsetta voucher this morning.:)

Be a bit careful with the 3 4 2 offers. If you buy more than one 3 4 2 offer, it messes up your totals if the different groups are different prices. eg mixing 3 4 2 chutneys at (say ) £1.49 each with 3 4 2 salad dressings at £1.99 each(say) means that the till will knock off 2 chutneys at £1.49 rather than 1 chutney and 1 dressing. It won't matter much if the items are close in price - but some of the Finest stuff offers are much dearer than others.

No Finest vouchers for me anywhere! I've looked at all my local stores and any which I am driving past. Even wrote to CS but no joy. I am trying not to be jealous....!!!
  • I am sat eating one of these now, and very nice they are too, didnt know they were meant for sharing though :rotfl:

Yes apparently I am meant to share them. OH got the phonetic alphabet response of Ocsar Foxtrot (rearrange). The cheek eh?

I may have gotten 1 or 9 packs of the crisps but in my defense, they're good until April. 9 packs cost £12.51 pre-discount, cost £9 after the multisave then only £7 after the Finest coupon :D

M&S did a good deal with this though it's been a couple of years since I took them up on their offers. Say you bought stuff in a 3 for 2 that cost

    £6, £5, £4, £3, £2, £1

they arranged the values into order then deducted every 3rd number from your bill from high to low, In Ts the items above would have cost £18 (the £1 and £2 being the deducted prices) but in M&S it would have been £11. Does anyone know if they still do this?
